CARE INSTRUCTIONS

Before first use, clean with hot water and dish soap. In order to clean it, please use liquid dishwasher detergents. Do not rub your pan’s surface with wire or other any kind of hard cleaning materials. Rubbing leads to scratching the surface.   

It is scratch-resistant, however for best results, wash in warm, soapy water before first and after each use.   

It is oven safe to 428 °F.
